Since it first premiered in
1965, Lost in Space has been one of my favorite series. It was the highlight
of this trip for me to finally meet the actors in person; Joan Lockhart, Bob
May, Bill Mumy, Mark Goddard, Marta Kristen and Angela Cartwright. I got an
autographed photo from Ms. Cartwright, spoke to Bob
May about how I believed the robot was real when I was a child and discussed
the short-lived comic book series with Billy Mumy. |

After spending about an hour
with the Lost in Space cast, I wandered around a bit more and found Jinky
Coronado, model and artist of Banzai Girl. From her, I received an
autographed calendar as well as a few other things.
A bit later on, I happened on
the Megatokyo booth where I waited in
line for about 30 minutes to get an autographed sketch
